Our team of doctors, nurses, dietitians and more offer a range of medical services at our Eccles and Rosemount locations. To become a registered client with one of our doctors or nurse practitioners you must live in the Somerset West Community Health Centre service area.

Out of respect for others, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Our primary care practice is currently closed for new clients. We encourage clients to continue looking for a provider elsewhere. Persons living in our catchment area can come to our walk-in clinic to see a nurse practitioner (NP) or use any of our services.

After Hours Care

If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

If you are a registered primary care client and need medical advice that cannot wait until the office is open you can access telephone on-call services:

• Monday to Friday evening until 8 p.m.

• Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
