Somerset West community Health Centre is committed to providing a wide range of culturally relevant and affirming supports for the Black Community of Ottawa. We work collaboratively with community members and partners to offer programs that respond to the needs of Black residents.

In addition to offering accessible and culturally affirming care, we are committed to using our platform to engage in advocacy work that will ignite system changes to improve availability and access to mental and physical health services.
