Mental Health and Counselling Supports (By phone)

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering single session counselling sessions by phone. To book a counselling session, please call (613) 402 - 2499. Counselling is offered in English and Mandarin.  

This service includes our ongoing​ Walk-in Counselling Clinic previously operating only on Tuesdays.

Counselling for the Chinese Community

Individuals and families, appointment-based counselling for the Chinese community. 

Social Services (Modified Service)

Practical assistance and crisis support in Cantonese, Mandarin, Cambodian, and Vietnamese for people who need immediate help with a personal crisis.  No appointment required.

Craving Change

Craving Change is a 4-week workshop that helps people change their eating habits by changing their thinking habits. This workshop will help you learn why you eat the way you do and will give you multiple strategies, tips, and techniques to better manage emotional eating. This program is co-facilitated by a Dietitian and a therapist and runs several times per year.

The Walk-In Counselling Clinic (Modified Service)

Free counselling to individuals, couples, and families in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Counselling (Phone support available)

Free individual, short-term counselling services for adults.

Social Services Walk-In (Modified Service)

Practical assistance, crisis support, and information and referrals for people who require immediate help with a personal crisis.
